SHIPPING
Your goods will be sent within 3 days of us receiveing your payment. If for any reason we are not able to ship yur order within this time frame we will contact you immediately and advise you of the anticapted shipping date. All goods are sent using standard Australia Post services.
If you require your order by a certain date please advise on checkout.
We take no responsibility for items lost of damaged in the post, unless the product is found to be faulty.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange/replace it or refund the purchase price excluding postage.
